Elsie L. Nice, 85, of Columbus, passed away at Whetstone Garden and Care Center on December 29, 2016. She was born on February 19, 1931 to the late George and Myrtle (Sutton) Huffman in Adamsville, Ohio. Elsie is survived by loving husband of 66 years Floyd Nice; sons Jeff (Linda) Nice and Gregory (Diane) Nice; grandchildren Jeff (Paulena) Nice, Glenn (Emily) Nice, Tammy Nice, Amy (John) Wise, Erin Nice and Evan Nice; great grandchildren Breonna Wise, Sarah Nice, Jordyn Nice and Sawyer Wise; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 3pm until time of service at 5pm with Jeffrey Nice officiating.
The Nice family would like to send a special thanks for all the loving care that the Whetstone Care Center provided to Elsie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer's Association Central Ohio Chapter, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43215.
