Elsie G. Ward, age 68, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018. She was born on October 20, 1949 in Mingo County, WV.
Surviving family includes husband, Roger Ward; children, Anthony Ward, Marci Ward and Paul Ward; sister-in-law, Yvonne Korting; grandchildren, Bethany (Keith), Tylor, Adam, Breona, Madilyn, Regan, Ryane, Makenlee, Paul Jr. and Colton; former daughter-in-law, Misty Pennell; siblings, Eva Robinette and James Trent; nephews, Israel, Brian, Mark and Dallas; niece, Michelle; also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Ance and Marie Trent; sister, Mable; mother-in-law, Magdalene Holland; father-in-law, James Ward.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 and Friday, June 15, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Elsie's name to the Stefanie Speilman Fund for Breast Cancer Research, https://www.giveto.osu.edu/makeagift/ or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate.
