Enid H. Ebbesen, 77, of Gahanna, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.
Enid was born in Sharon, OH on February 20, 1936, to Martin L. and Mary (Orr) Harper and is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Edna Ellenberger and Elda Harper; brother, Edgel Harper; grandsons, Shaun Welch, Ryan Welch and Andrew Rutz; great-granddaughter, Lacey Welch.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Charles R. Ebbesen; daughters, Brenda Laucher and Beth (Tim) Lamborn; sons, Michael (Michelle) Ebbesen and Rick Ebbesen; brother, William (Martha) Harper; grandchildren, Nicci (Damian) Thompson, Bradley Laucher, Julee Laucher, James Laucher, Corey Welch, Melissa Rutz, Matthew Ebbesen; great-grandchildren, Conor Murphy, Justina Welch, Jaron Welch, Corbin Welch, Hannah Laucher, Brayden Laucher, Ella Laucher; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, February 21, 2014, 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Saturday, February 22, 2014, 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 855 Grandview Avenue S-250 , Columbus, OH 43215.
