Ericka Johnson

Ericka Michele Johnson passed away on September 3, 2014 in Columbus, OH. She was born on February 26, 2014.

Ericka is survived by her two loving fathers, Michael Johnson and Michael Maksem; sister, Mary Maksem; grandmothers Mary Kay Maksem and Patricia Johnson; and many other loving family members and friends.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2014 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, OH 43231. Ericka will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery following a private ceremony.

We lost a love of our lives, Ericka Michele. She is a beautiful little girl who was so full of life and was becoming aware of her surroundings more and more every minute of every day. Her learning and advancement at every opportunity was always so cheerful and happy and she was so eager to keep up with her big sister Mary. Ericka's big brown eyes and her big smile always captivated everyone. She would smile her big smile and her beautiful big brown eyes would light up the room.

Only God knows why she was taken so soon. During her six short months here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by many family and friends. Ericka was a little Angel here on Earth, and now will be looking over us as a little Angel in Heaven.

We love you Dearly Ericka! Thank you for allowing all of us the opportunity to get to know you, care for you and love you! You were hand delivered to us by God, now you will be by his side for all eternity.
