He was born on September 25, 1977 in Columbus, OH.
He was 1996 graduate of Groveport Madison High School and Fairfield Career Center. Erik worked at W.C. National mailing for 17 years.
Surviving family includes; partner, Michael Campbell; mother, Janet Hayes-Anderson; grandmother, Mildred Hayes; brother, Scott (Melissa) Anderson; sister, Angel Anderson; niece, Sarah Anderson; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society.
