Erin Lynn Ervin, went home to be with the Lord December, 16, 2011. She was born July 29, 2011. Erin is survived by parents, Vicie Chapman and Alan Ervin; sister, Alana Ervin; grandparents, Angela and George Chapman and Jim (Tracy) Yates; aunts and uncles, Mugz, Wayne, Ashley, Laura and Minnie. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the family at the funeral home.
