Estel Mann, 82, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016 in Galloway, OH. He was born on May 12, 1933 in Columbus, OH to Dale and Mary Mann.
Estel is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 37 years, Betty Mann; and siblings, Maurice Mann, Willis Mann, Roy Mann, and Patricia Blair.
He is survived by children, Deborah (Eric) Wright, Charles (Emily) Mann, Lori (George) Sontag, Starla (Greg) Mason, and Tonya (Steve) Mann; step-children, Madeline (Bruce) DeRoche, Cheryl (Bob) Chenault, Melody McGath, Bernie (Deanna) Baker, and Wesley (Teresa) Baker; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, sister, Delores Bulderburg; JoAnn Mann; and many other loving family members and friends.
Estel was a hard working man with a great sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, he liked to play card games such as Euchre and Pinochle, and loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. Estel more than anything loved to be with his family. He was the softball coach for his church and owned horses with his daughter, Tonya. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 followed by funeral services at 2:00pm. He will be laid to rest at Galloway Cemetery.
