Esther E. Cunliff, 80 of Westerville, OH passed away on March 27, 2016. Born on September 30, 1935 to the late Jackson and Louise (Buckenberger) Shriver in Columbus, OH. Survived by children Pam Koons and Tom Burke, 8 grandchildren, niece and 2 nephews. Preceded in death by son Timothy Burke and brother Jackson Shriver. Private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, 1145 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, OH 43212.
