Ethel L. "Meme" Lewis, age 85, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016.
She was born October, 23, 1930 to the late Walter and Pearl Bennett.
Retired from Franklin County Children Services.
Surviving family includes children, Danny (Dawn) Lewis, Karen Lewis, Linda (Mike) Swain, Diane (Mark) Chamberlain; grandchildren, Amy, Mandy (A.J.) Frint, Casey, Nikki (Jason) Ault, Michael; great-grandchildren, Abby, Drew, Hayley, Allyson, Kaitlyn, Madison; also survived by many nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends.
Preceded in death by loving husband, John Lewis; several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Columbus Schools Special Olympics, 2001 Hamilton Ave., Columbus, OH 43211.
