Eugene Black IV, AKA "Fatman", Age 46 of Columbus, Ohio passed away September 9, 2020 at his home. He was born July 23, 1974 to Mattie and Eugene Black III, in Norfolk, Virginia.
The family will surely miss his broad smile, and his jovial personality. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Jeremiah Easterling, maternal grandmother Lillie Mae Milsap, his uncles Arthur Ray Ledbetter, Allen J. Milsap & Richard Black.
Gene is survived by his parents Mattie and Eugene Black III. Siblings: Eugenia (Andre) Butler & Catrina (Paul) Grugin; Children: Xiashja Carreker-Black (Granddaughter Zaniia), Zavoria Carreker-Black, Jayden Oliver & Stepchildren; Grandmother Pearl (Wilbert) Oliver, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster lane, Powell, OH 43065 on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 12pm. Burial to follow in procession to Eastlawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
