Eugene is survived by his wife Melinda, his four children Aaron, Timothy, Jennifer and Nichole. His four grandchildren and seven brothers and sisters Anne, Marie, Pauline, Frank, Tricia, Phillip, and Irene. He was an honored veteran, a friend, a mentor, a loving father, and husband, His full and eventful life came to an end on January 4, 2022.
