Eugene Meade, 84 of St. Clairsville, OH passed away at his residence on January 3, 2015. Born on May 14, 1930 to the late Columbus and Polly Ann (Bates) Meade in Millstone, KY. Survived by wife of 43 years Kathryn (Turley) Meade, children Darlene (Howard) Marcum, Ronald (Jana) Meade, Tom (Shirley) Meade, Teresa Santmyer, Tim Meade, Kenny (Rowena) Meade, Diana (Bill) Doss, Mike Meade, Daniel Meade and Gena (Eugene) Scott, several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren, 3 sisters Wilma Neary, Elizabeth Goble and Billie L. Hicks, 2 brothers Harold Meade and Howard Wesley Meade. Preceded in death by sister Columbia Adkins.
Friends may call at Canaan Land Freewill Baptist Church, 2777 Gantz Rd., Grove City, OH on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 4 to 8pm.
Funeral service at 11am at the church with Pastor Allen Wright officiating.
Burial to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester, OH.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Kathryn to assist with funeral expenses.
