Surviving family includes, children, Larry (Jeanne) Lewis, Ricky (Heidi) Lewis, sisters, Thelma Dillow, Nancy West, grandchildren, Wendy Mitcham, Heather Lewis, Nicki Richmond, Laura Lewis, Kurt Lewis, Anthony Lewis, great-grandchildren, Emily Lewis, Joseph Lewis, Anastacio Rodriguez, Karalyn Kelley, Anna Mitcham, Sarah Mitcham, Dax Richmond, Caitlin Lewis.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10-11am, Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 11am.
