Evelyn Janet Tague, 90 of Johnstown, passed away at her residence surrounded by her loving family on February 6, 2016. Born on July 9, 1925 to the late Neil and Pauline (Martin) Rothgeb in Columbus, OH.
Survived by children Edgar "Ron" (Linda) Tague and Janice (Herb) VanDyke, siblings Mary Keenan and Nancy Hutchison, grandchildren Lori (Jim) Anthony, Jeni (Brett) Shriver, Jeff (Tamara) VanDyke and Jacki Smith, great grandchildren Melody Anthony, Chase Shriver, Lukas Smith and Tanner Shriver.
Preceded in death by husband Edgar A. Tague. Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm.
Funeral service on Saturday at 10am at the funeral home with Paul Snoddy officiating. Burial to follow at Union Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd., Newark, OH 43055.
