Surviving family includes husband of 60 years, Augustine, children, Joseph (Debbie) Caramazza, Rita (Dale) Griesinger, Rosanna (Kyle) Polk, grandchildren, Fernanda, Felicia, Carissa, Austin, Alexandra, Jordan, great-grandchildren, Hailey, Koen, Vitalia, Kyren. Private entombment will take place at Field of Honor in Canal Winchester, OH.
The most loving Angel on earth, is now an Angel in Heaven. Fernanda was an extremely loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who is greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
