Florence Irene Boggs, age 92 of West Jefferson, passed away on August 6, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband James R. Boggs; parents Doc Edward and Amanda Stapleton; son Jackie Robert Boggs. Survived by sister Eva Broughton "Tuck"; sons James (Barbara) and Jerry (Phyllis) Boggs; grandchildren James Boggs, Michael (Mary) Culbertson, Nanette Culbertson, Nathan (Darcey) Boggs and Amanda (Matt) Gray; great-grandchildren Austin and Lexie Boggs, Michael, Mary Ann and Maria Culbertson, and Emma Lynn Boggs; great-great-granddaughter Kila Culbertson; Nieces Carol (George) Stueber, Donna Bentley, and Helen Brow; and other family.
