Florence A. "Flo" Earnest, 73, of Columbus, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
She was born August 6, 1940 in Columbus, daughter of the late Donald and Agnes Foster Gallagher.
In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald, David and Jim Gallagher.
She is survived by her husband, Phil Earnest; daughters, Judy (Dearl) Parsons and Margi (Chuck) Lee; sister, Doris (Jay) Wilson; stepdaughters, Misty and Tina; grandchildren, Matthew, Katie, Texanna, Harmonee, Amber and Carlie; great granddaughter, Emma.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
Interment will be in Workman Cemetery, Danville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Tribute Program P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101.
