Florence M. Hutson "Flo", 91, of Zanesville, passed away Jan. 27, 2017. Born in Plainfield, OH Aug. 28, 1925 to Floyd Dickerson and Ludie Bailey. In addition to her parents, Flo was preceded in death by husbands, Paul Conrad and Norman Hutson; siblings, Marie Dawson, Everett Dickerson, Sylvia Laird, Mina Angle, Earl Dickerson, Kathryn Reames, Earnest Dickerson, Manine Jones, and Wayne Dickerson.
She is survived by daughter, Rita (Tom) Lang; grandchildren, Greta Lang, Paul Lang, Weiland Chambers, Blake Lang, Eloise Lang, and Miles Lang.
Flo worked as a switchboard operator for Shaw-Barton out of Coshocton, OH. She was a Pink Lady for 37 years at Genesis Hospital. Flo operated a farm with her first husband, Paul in Holmes County for 19 years where she also served as a taxi service for the local Amish community. She was an avid gardener and canner and enjoyed reading and sewing.
Visitation Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Service at 12pm at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3220 Columbus St., Grove City, OH. Private interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, OH.
