Forrest M. Mullins, 87, passed away on September 28, 2018. He was born on September 16, 1931 in Logan, WV.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lindsey and Elizabeth Mullins, sons, Danny Ray Mullins, Michael Monroe Mullins and 15 siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Rosaline, daughter, Lori Robinson, grandsons, DJ Mullins, Joey Mullins, Timothy Mullins, Gary Mullins, Jacob Robinson, granddaughter, Isabella Warrenburg and great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, many nieces and nephews specifically Donna Spaulding, Debbie Petty and Pat May-Rushin and many special friends.
A memorial service will be held at First Calvary Enterprise Baptist Church, 2425 Midland Avenue, Columbus, OH 43223, Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 1pm, with a half hour of visitation prior to the service.
