Frances Margaret Hargis

Frances Margaret "Frankie" Hargis, 77, passed away May 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by father, John Vernon Morrison; mother, Frances Marie Morrison; brothers, James and William Morrison.

Frankie is survived by husband of 57 years, William Hargis; children, William Hargis Jr., Sean Hargis, Jennifer Childress, and Cindy Hargis; sisters, Mary Jo Frabott and Betty Burke; sister-in-law, Irene Salmons; grandchildren, James Morbitzer, Christopher Hargis, Megan Childress, Drew Dooley, Catherine Hargis, and Jessica Childress; great-grandchildren, Aria Marie Prince, Alahya Grace Dooley, James Carter Morbitzer, and Braelynn Fahner; many nieces, nephews, great neighbors and friends, especially Michelle Cantrell and Sharon Clark.

Frankie was a member of the Elks and American Legion where she enjoyed playing Euchre. She liked horse back riding and worked at Arrow Riding Stables. Frankie loved singing Karaoke. She also worked for South-Western City Schools.

Visitation Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 3pm until the time of Funeral Service at 7pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.

There will be a Celebration of Life after the funeral at Moose Lodge #11, 1440 Demorest Rd., Columbus, OH 43228
