Frances Virginia (Vangler) Tewell Pell, 87, passed away February 13, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia H. Vangler; father, Samuel H. Vangler; husband, Dallas A. Pell and son-in-law, John W. Mills.
Frances was a dedicated mother and grandmother to her surviving son, John W. (Faye) Tewell; daughter, Rebecca L. Mills; grandchildren, John V. Tewell, Melany (David) Shawver, Jordan M. Tewell and Cody A. Tewell; and great-grandson, Christian D. Tewell.
Retired from OSU Dept. of Veterinary Pathobiology. Member of Southwest Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Frances loved children and animals.
Memorial Service Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 1 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4371 Grove City Rd., Grove City, OH. Carey Ball officiating.
