Frank, surrounded by his family, went to be with our Lord on January 1, 2026. He was a longtime resident of Grove City and attended Grove City High School. Frank learned to work on cars from his maternal grandfather. He often helped loved ones with car repairs. Frank was a painter by trade, using that skill to paint for family and friends whenever asked. He was generous with his time, always lending a helping hand to family and friends. Frank loved to play chess and taught his boys to play when they were young. He spent some of his final days playing chess. Frank also loved music. He shared songs that he loved with his family members.
Frank met the love of his life, Dorothy (Boltz) in 1989 and they were married on November 30, 1991. Together, they raised four children and have nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Angela. He is survived by his brothers, David and Bryan McLoughlin, children, Justine (Zach), Jordan (Nicole), Jared (Elleez), Gabriel (Jameson) and grandchildren, Zayden, Jozzlynn, Journey, Genesis, Jon, Kyrie, Joel, Jonah, and Jude, and many nieces, nephews and family.
