Frank Edmund "Ed" Post, Jr., 77, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2016 in Columbus, OH. Ed was born on September 30, 1939 in Moline, IL to Frank Post Sr. and Mary Jentz.
Ed is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jim and sister, Mary Jean.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Linda Cook Post; children, Julie (Nathan) Burnett, Kristina (Tim) Mulligan, Chuck (Ali) Post, Renate (Jim) Stickel, William "Rusty" (Nichole) Coultas and Corin (Timothy) Easterling; 17 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, John (Susan) Cook; and many other loving family members and friends.
Ed was a Veteran of the US Navy and was a member of the Masons. He and Linda were members of the NSRA since 1985. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 12:00pm at Blendon Central Cemetery, 6330 S. Hempstead Rd. Westerville, OH 43081.
