He retired from Sheet Metal Workers Local 98 with 58 years of service. Surviving family includes children, Rick (Carolyn) Foreman and Cheryl (Bob) Graffagnino; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Karen (Kelly) Tolliver; brothers, Larry Foreman and Dan (Vera) Foreman.
Preceded in death by wife, Paula Ann; sons, Fred Joseph Jr. and Phillip Andrew; parents, Robert and Lucy.
Private services are being held at a later date.
