Frederick J. Krauss, 60, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017, unexpectedly. Fred was born in Saginaw, MI on January 1, 1957, to the late John F. "Jack" and Irene (D'Agostino) Krauss.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Cheryl (Cox) Krauss; daughter, Dr. Jillian Krauss and her husband, Dr. Patrick Dolan; son, Tim Krauss; sister, Colleen (Dan) Muench; brother, Dr. Robert Krauss; nieces, cousins and many friends.
Fred was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of The Johnstown Community Sportsman Club. He worked for the Kroger Company for a number of years and was highly respected by his co-workers.
At Fred's request, a private family service will be held. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 5455 North High Street, Columbus, OH 43214.
