Garre T. Schell II, 61, of Hilliard earned his promotion to be with The Lord in Heaven on May 17, 2020, while surrounded by his family.
He was born in Elkhart, Indiana to Garre T. and Myrna L. (Menges) Schell, both preceded him in death.
Surviving are his loving wife of 34 years, Nancy M. Janda-Schell, daughter Alexandria V. (Eric) Boomershine, brother Robert E. (Ursula) Schell, nephews Eric and Jared, nieces Rebecca and Christina Schell.
Garre earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. While attending IU, he was a member of the ACACIA fraternity, where he pulled many pranks that served for hilarious stories he often shared. Garre was President of Magnum Marketing for nearly 40 years, making close friends and business associates all over the world. He loved writing poetry, studying The Bible, traveling, cheering on the Hoosiers during basketball season and attending car shows with his daughter. He was a graduate of the Reppert Auctioneering School and served as an Ordained Deacon at Cornerstone Christian Church in Grove City.
Garre had a passionate and fierce love for those he cared about. He was a devoted husband, loving father, incredible caretaker, businessman, brother in Christ, confidant and friend. Garre never knew a stranger. If you met Garre, please know he cared for you deeply and considered you a dear friend.
