Gene Gambill, 79, of Columbus, passed away December 9, 2021. Gene was born May 18, 1942 in South Solon, OH to Oakley and Virgie (Lewis) Elam.
He loved to travel, drive, fish, go boating and anything that involved the outdoors.
Gene will be deeply missed by his; children Scott (Suzan), Todd; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; significant other Shirley Whitaker along with many other family and friends.
Gene was preceded in death by his parents, wife Bobbie, sister Margie and brother Jim.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 4pm until the time of service at 6pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
