Geneva I. Read

Geneva I. Read, 102, passed away December 16, 2024. She was preceded in death by parents, George and Elizabeth Bowman; siblings, Norman (Virgia) Bowman, Harold (Grace) Bowman, Roscoe (June) Bowman, and Lois Louise Bowman; father of her children, Harry Read. 

Geneva is survived by children, Edward (Bonnie) Read, Sandra Kennison, and Jody (Skip) Davis; grandchildren, Ryan (Susan) Read, Trent (Melissa) Read, Cole Kennison, Corbin Davis, and Connor Davis; great-grandchildren, Althea Read, Georgia Read, Jack Read, Coby Read, Scarlet Read, Harrison Read, Cruz Kennison, and Cambrie Kennison; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friends, Sonia Schottenstein and the Richard Hole family who were neighbors and friends for many years. 

Geneva loved to cook, played piano, sang, and enjoyed listening to the radio. She loved her family fiercely and will be deeply missed. 

No public services will be held, however donations may be made in Geneva's memory to Capital City Hospice.
