George E. Watson, 65, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014. George was born in Circleville, OH on December 7, 1948, to Edward and Beatrice (Graves) Watson and is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Betty Bailey, Jean Ramey, Barbara Neuding and Patty Watson.
Survivors include his wife, Lori (Ratliff) Watson; daughters, Anna and Alicia Watson; sisters, Claire Oliver and Susan Jackson; grandchildren, Brennan Watson, Chayce Watson, Amya Cockerham, Cody Rackham and Jaxon Rackham; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
George was a Veteran of the US Navy.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, July 9, 2014, 9:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Circleville, OH.
