George H. Fawbush, Jr. left this world on November 11, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents,George and Philomenia (McCafferty) Fawbush,Sr and his brother, Charles Fawbush.
George is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Gloria (Newsome) Fawbush; his son, George A. Fawbush; daughters, Tracey (Bruce) Harrison and Crystal Coffey; grandchildren, Kayla (Danny) Moore, Kane (Ashley) Fawbush, Halle (Kevin) Sy, Caleb Fawbush, Cameron Fawbush, Julie Harrison, Zoey Coffey and Conor Harrison; great-grandchildren, Kien Sy and Akaylia Moore; brothers, Phillip and James Fawbush; sister, Ella Jane Peterman; lifelong best friends, Hobert and Donita Dixon as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
George was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
The family would like to send special thanks to Kindred at Home Care, especially Jenny, Joe, Anne and Len.
In lieu of flowers,the family requests that donations be made in memory of George to Kindred at Home Care, 540 Officenter Place, Ste 295, Gahanna, OH 43230.
A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. A funeral service will begin at 6 p.m.
