George Parker Lauer Iii

George Parker Lauer III, 83, passed away June 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by wife, Sandy; parents, Anna and George Parker Lauer II; brothers, Richard and Raymond Lauer; and previous wife, Wanda.
George is survived by children, Jill Lambert, George W. (Tammy) Lauer, Julie (Kevin) Johnson, and Jeff (Lori) Lauer; children by marriage, Robyn (Ward) Jackins and Chuck (Shelley) Stephenson; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Dee (Bob) Pfaff.
Retired from General Motors after 42 years of service. George was very active in the Grove City Evans Senior Center and Trinity UMC.
Visitation Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 5-8pm and Friday, June 30, 2017 from 10-11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's memory to the American Heart Association, Great Rivers Affiliate, PO Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693.
