George O. Parsons

George O. Parsons 88 of Columbus passed on July 27, 2019. He was born on June 29, 1931 in Hillsboro to James and Sara (Shepherd) Parsons who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life for 66 years Suzanne (Breckler), children Keith (Donna), Cynthia Parsons, Lynne Parsons, and Tim, foster grandchild Nathan, and Nathan's father John Sheese. Sisters Catherine Ritter, Shirley Turley, and brother Bill. He was preceded in death by foster daughter Cindy Sheese, sisters Francis, May, Louise, Marybelle, Jean.

George was a loving man of God. He lived for God for the past 65 years. Giving of himself without thought of or care of the cost. He was the same way with his family. All he wanted was to be with his family. His 5 loves were his God, his wife, his family, people, and life itself.

Visitation will be held from 4-7PM on Wednesday July 31 and from 10 to 11am Thursday at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road Columbus, OH 43231. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Northlawn Memory Gardens Westerville.
