George Towers, 85, of Grove City, passed away at home on Thursday, February 25. George was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lola (Campagnoly) Torres.
He is survived by his loving wife of many years, Sharon; children George Towers, Jacqueline (Curtis) Marino, Scott Towers; grandchildren, Rachel Towers, Ryan Towers, Savanna Towers, Nick Marino. He is also survived by his former wife, Carol Clinger.
George was a member of Amazing Grace Christian Church. He was a classic car enthusiast. He was an accomplished guitarist and avid guitar collector. George was a nature lover and particularly enjoyed the time he spent at Cade's Cove in Tennessee. George spent treasured time with his children, grandchildren and extended family.
