January 27, 1928 — October 11, 2016
Georgia V. Raymore, 88, of Columbus, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Georgia was born in Elkhorn, WV to the late Benjamin and Pearl (O'Neil) Poindexter and is also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. James C. Raymore Sr. and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Patricia and Nathaniel Hairston; 12 grandchildren and a host of great and great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Maxine Raymore; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, 10AM – 11AM at Resurrection Missionary Baptist Church, 258 Hosack Street, Columbus, OH 43207 with the Funeral Service at 11 AM.
Burial will be Wednesday, October 19, 2016, 1PM at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W 3rd Street, Dayton, OH 45428.
