Geraldine Holt "Gerri"

Geraldine Holt "Gerri", 80, of Columbus, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on January 9, 2018. Gerri was born February 6, 1937 to Ezra and Zetta (Sampson) Kirk. She loved gardening and spending time with her family. Gerri will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 60 years Earl Holt; children Diane Ledsome, Edward Holt, Kathie Holt (Chuck), Bonnie (Greg) Stingel/McCandless, David (Karen) Holt; 5 grandchildren; 4.5 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, Gerri was preceded in death by her grandson Paul Ledsome, brothers Herston, Gene, and John, sisters Betty, Flora, and Georgia.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 5pm to 7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday at the funeral home at 11:30am with Pastor Roger Dempsy officiating.
Burial will be at Mifflin Township Cemetery.
The family would like to thank granddaughter Mandi Ledsome/George for her love and support.
