Gladys Mae Congrove, age 79 of Grove City, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017. She was born in Athens, Ohio to the late Michael and Mary Marshall on June 6, 1937.
A wonderful mother and homemaker, Gladys loved being with her family and friends. She loved warm summer days and old country music. Glady would be ready to go anywhere, anytime as soon as she got her shoes on.
Gladys was predeceased by her husband, John "Bill" Congrove and her daughter Shelia Congrove. She is survived by her son, John M. Congrove and his wife, Tina; her daughter, Rena Sexton and her sister-in- law, City Bernardi. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W. 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123. Services will begin at 12:00PM. Interment at Grove City Cemetery.
