Glenis "Dale" Oney

Glenis (Dale) Oney, 53, of Columbus, OH, passed away at home on April 2, 2016 after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born on August 11, 1962. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth R. Oney.

Surviving family includes mother, Vonda Oney, siblings, Patricia (Bill) McSchooler, Kevin Oney, Michelle Oney, nephew, Cameron Oney, nieces, Brittany Conner, Olivia Oney, longtime family friend, Georgeanna Mullen-Hafer, longtime girlfriend, Priscilla Miller. Dale was a 1980 graduate of Franklin Heights High School.

He also served in the U.S. Navy. He was an avid Buckeye fan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11am to 1pm, Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a service will begin at 1pm.
