Gloria J. DeHart

Gloria Jean DeHart, 78, passed away August 27, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jane Marie (James) Jackson; father, Raymond Bandy; brother, Steve Bandy; sister, Darlene Gearhart; brother, Robert Jackson; step-brother, Eddie Jackson; and her beloved furry companions, Petey and Tito.

Gloria is survived by husband of 33 years, Troy DeHart; children, James R. Friley, Jerry L. Friley, and Gina N. (Dave) Sprouse; grandchildren, Eric J. Friley, Courtnie N. Sprouse, and David B. Sprouse II; step-grandson, Austin DeHart and his family; step-granddaughters, Rachel, Brittany, and Amanda DeHart; sisters, Diana (the late Ezra) Starkey, Cindy (Brian) Alcorn, and Tina (David) Reeves; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Gloria loved the Lord and had her own special and strong relationship with God. She adored her granddaughter, Courtnie, who she helped shape into the woman she is today. In her younger years, she enjoyed antiquing, going to yard sales, and refurbishing her new found treasures.

Memorial Gathering Wednesday, September 2, 2026 from 4pm until the time of Memorial Service at 5pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio (614-539-6166).
