Gloria Ann Strausburg, 94, of Delaware, OH, passed away on July 17, 2026. She was born in Olean, NY on July 20, 1931.
Gloria was a loving wife, grandmother and enjoyed cooking, dancing, playing cards. She also enjoyed playing the piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stefano and Josephine Porcello, son, David Hinkel and several siblings including, Ann, Robert, Alex, Anthony and Frederick.
Surviving family includes loving husband, Donald Strausburg, son, Michael (Sharon) Hinkel, daughter-in-law, Lois Hinkel, grandchildren, David Jr., Jennifer, Jacqueline, Natalie, Bradley, Stephanie, great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brayden, Cole, Danielle, Amelia, Louie and numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held from 10:30am-12:30pm, Friday, July 24, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 12:30pm.
Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Lewis Center, OH.
