She was born in Milbank, South Dakota on April 3, 1961.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Parnell Necklace, parents, Albert Jr. and Delores Radtke and grandson, Chaske Merida.
Surviving family includes children, Daniel (Lakotah) Necklace, Martina Necklace-Merida, Samuel (Tory) Necklace, Godson, Tony Cook, grandchildren, Antonio Merida, Joseph Handboy, Sybil Necklace, Leonard Necklace, siblings, Luann Bray and Robert Radtke.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, Ohio, where a funeral service will begin at 1pm.
