Gwenn W. Doan

Gwenn Walters Doan, 75, of Grove City, OH, entered eternal life Thursday, April 16, 2015. She resided at the Jessie Mae Home in Columbus, OH. Born on August 17, 1939 in Greenville, OH to Emrys and Mary Lee Walters. Gwenn was a graduate of OSU. She was an art teacher at Orient State Institution and a special ed teacher for Hilliard City Schools where she retired from in 1994. She was a camp counselor at Ken-Jockety and a life guard, swim instructor at Columbus State School. She enjoyed traveling, art, playing bridge, reading and was a dog lover.

Gwenn is survived by her daughter Jennifer Doan of Grove City.

Graveside service will be held at 12pm on Friday, April 24, 2015 at The Forest Hills Cemetery, 8660 OH-66, Piqua, OH with Pastor Womack officiating.
