Hannah Sunshine Huff, born on December 8, 1998, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on April 24, 2026, in her beloved hometown. She was a remarkable woman known for her strong spirit, sassy nature, and a uniquely loving way of being an “amazing pain in the ass,” a description that perfectly captured her vibrant personality. Hannah touched the lives of all who knew her with her unwavering passion for life and her deep commitment to those she loved.

Hannah found joy in many pursuits throughout her life. An avid reader, she delighted in losing herself in stories, while her outgoing spirit found expression in social outings and shooting sports. The outdoors was her sanctuary; she loved fishing, gardening, and spending endless hours in nature’s embrace. Reality TV was another avenue through which she relaxed and engaged with the world. Above all, she treasured time with her family, creating cherished memories especially during vacations together—moments that showcased her loving and spirited nature.

Her proudest accomplishments were rooted in her roles as a mom and a dog mom, and getting married. She poured her heart into raising her son Hunter Huff and nurturing her beloved dog Teddy, finding immense pride and joy in those relationships. Her family was central to her life, and her love for them was both fierce and nurturing.

Hannah is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Huff; their beloved son, Hunter Huff; her mother, Sherry Renee (Robert) Hayes; her father, Adam Scott Gilmore; her sister, Stormy Gilmore; her cherished mother-in-law, Lola Huff; her supportive father-in-law, Terry Huff, and her "Gammie", Patti Vincent. She is also survived by her grandfather, Scott Arnold and many brother and sister in laws. She was also surrounded by many nieces, nephews, and a broad circle of good friends and family who will carry forward her memory with affection and respect.

Born and raised in Columbus, Hannah’s life journey remained closely tied to this city, a place she loved deeply and where her spirit will forever be remembered. Her warmth, humor, and tenacity marked every chapter of her life and left an indelible imprint on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

In honoring Hannah Sunshine Huff’s memory, one remembers a woman who lived fully, loved fiercely, and embraced life’s challenges with unyielding strength and style. May her legacy of resilience, love, and unapologetic authenticity continue to inspire those who were privileged to share her path.
