Harry K. Hart, 85, passed away surrounded by family on Dec. 14, 2017.
He was preceded in death by parents, Pearl Hart and Hazel (John) Guilliams; son, Wayne Hart; and sister, Margaret (Jim) Keen.
Harry is survived by wife, Irene Allen Hart; children, Steve Hart and Mary (John) Kaufman; granddaughter, Leah Hart Kaufman; step-children, Craig (Linda) Allen, David (Heidi) Allen, Julie (Gus) MacLellan; 12 step-grandchildren; 20 step great-grandchildren; 1 step great-great-grandchild. Also survived by mother of his children, Margaret Hart; aunt, Emma Hoover; several nieces; and special cousin, Carol Ann Loveall.
Harry graduated from Central HS and then served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked at Albers Grocery Store and ultimately retired from Western Southern Life Insurance after 29 years of service. Harry was also co-owner of Engle-Hart Tax Service. After retirement, Harry and his wife, Irene enjoyed owning and racing standard bred horses and wintering at their home in Leesburg, FL for many years.
Visitation Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Newcomer - SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017 at 11am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
