Harry Jacobson Rauch

Harry Jacobson Rauch, 1921-2018, age 97, passed away peacefully in his sleep, July 20, 2018 at Arlington Court Nursing Home in Columbus, Ohio. Born Jan. 24, 1921 to Harry Francis and Hilda Mariah (Jacobson) Rauch in Glen Richey, PA.
He was retired from COPCO and his upholstery business. He enjoyed travel, camping, boating and music. His sense of humor was legendary.
He left many to treasure his memory, his wife of 41 yrs, Betty (McFarland) Rauch, his children: David (Janet) Rauch, Larry (Brenda) Rauch, Vicki (Ron) Dunlap, Diane (John) Skunza; step-children: Gary (Nancy) Postlethwait, David (Debbie) Postlethwait and Ron Postlethwait. Ex-wife Margaret (Daugherty) Rauch. From blended families: 18 grandchildren, their spouses, 20 great grandchildren and a large circle of friends & relatives. He will be missed.
Family will welcome friends 6:30-8:00 PM Wednesday Aug 1, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus 43231. Funeral services 10:30 AM Thursday, Aug 2, 2018 at the funeral home with a viewing 30 minutes prior. Burial immediately after at Maplewood Cemetery, New Albany, OH.
