Helen Bartholomew, 88, of Columbus, OH, passed away on February 15, 2016. She was born on October 9, 1927. She was preceded in death by her husband William, parents, Earl and Margaret Crites, daughters, Sharon Statczar, Nancy Jordan, infant son, Mark Bartholomew, siblings, Gerry Crites, Mary Chesbrough, Julia Swigert, James, Charles, Robert, Milton and Donald Crites.
Surviving family includes children, Larry Bartholomew, Carol Todd, Gary Bartholomew, Bonnie Fitzpatrick, Jill Hale, brother, Daniel (Joann) Crites, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2-5pm, Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1pm, Monday, February 22, 2016 at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street, Lockbourne, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Helen to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, 1379 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215.
