Helen Henry, 97, of Galion, passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.
She was born January 17, 1917 in Galion, daughter of the late Oscar and Jeannette Pennock Wisler.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Henry; daughter, Rosemary Henry; son, William Henry; brothers, Charles, John, George and Edward Wisler; sister, Ruth Cass.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rosary Altar Society, Sacristan, St. Vincent De Paul and Prayer Line.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Ruth Anne (Donald) Halsey; Richard (Anita) Henry and Charles (Judy) Henry; brothers, Robert (Carol) Wisler and William Wisler; sister-in-law, Alice Wisler; eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 9:30-10:30 AM at St. Joseph Activity Center, 135 N. Liberty St. Galion, with the funeral mass beginning at 11:00 AM at the church, with Father John Miller officiating and Father Frederick Schill co-officiating the Celebration of life.
