Helen L. Miller, 82, of Richmond, VA and formerly of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
Helen was born in Columbus, OH on May 29, 1931, to Leroy and Alice (Eldridge) Woods and is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 26 years, Gerald K. Miller; siblings, Marie, Junior and Dick.
Survivors include her daughter and husband, Retina and Mark Helber; sisters, Wanda, Betty, Mary, Carol and Patty; brothers, Larry and Whitey; grandchildren, Adam (Ibelise), Aaron (Tiffany) and Stefan; great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Ashley, Anna, Madison and Mackinze; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Helen worked for the JC Penney Distribution Center for over 15 years.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013, 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service on Tuesday, November 12 at 10:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
