Homer Howell, 67, of Chillicothe, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010. Homer is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Clercie Howell; son, Rodney Howell; granddaughter, Heather Howell; brother, Jimmy Howell; sister, Christine Ousley. Survivors include his sons, Leroy and Jeffery (Kelly) Howell; sister, Betty Jo (Hatfield) Stumbo; brother, Harold Howell; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, January 27 at 11:00 AM.
