Hon Min Chan, 64, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 22, 2017 with his loving wife of ....years at his side. He was born in Hong Kong, China on September 26, 1952 to Wing Chan and Lai Wu. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Hon Min is survived by his wife of forty years, Man Fong Chung; daughter, Brenda and son-in-law Kelie Wong; brother, John Chan and wife, Meena Yu and sister, Helena Louie and husband Frank Louie. Hon Min will be missed by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles as well as friends and neighbors too numerous to name.
He liked fishing and loved to cook for his family. He was a patient and kind person. He was a perfectionist who never left a job unfinished.
