Howard was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence W. and Mildred L. Pemberton, siblings, Lawrence "Toby", Millie, Garnet, Walter and Harry.
Surviving family includes wife, Barbara, children, Michelle (Bruce) DeLong, Monique (Ed) Taylor, Mary (Scott) Sizemore, Barbara (Dave) Kalinowski, Howard Jr.(Elizabeth) Pemberton, Juanita (Sean) Tucker, grandchildren, Eddie, Ashleigh, Bruce, Nicholas, Victoria, Brittany, Jarrod, Andrew, Chloe, Lilly, Gabriel, Alexander, Sean Gavin, Scarlett, great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Jaxton, Sergio "Gio", Brady, Sophia, Arianna, siblings, Stanton (Dorothy) Pemberton, Dave and Theodore Pemberton.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-2pm, Friday, June 23, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a memorial service will begin at 2pm.
Howard was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army.
